Add A Deck Wash
Our pressure wash services can also rejuvenate decks. We can wash wood, composite and azek decking. If your wood is stained either with a solid or semi transparent stain, we can apply a light wash to clean it up, but not remove the stain. If your deck is old and greying wood, we can give it a full wash to really brighten it up. If you have composite decking, no worries… we can clean that up, too. Our package includes cleaning all horizontal deck boards, railing and exterior face board (also known as band board).
Bare Wood- $380
Stained Wood -$340
(light chemical wash, no high pressure does not include stain removal or stripping of stain) must be noted if current paint/stain is peeling or if there are noticeable bare spots they will only get worse and its advised to re-stain after the washing is done.
Composite – $409
Pricing covers deck surface area up to 240 sqft (12×20) and up to 50 linear ft of deck railing. Additional sqft billed at $.60 (bare wood), $.70 (composite), $.52 (stained wood) cents a sqft and railing is billed at $2.90 (wood), $2.30 (pvc/vinyl), $3.16 (composite) per linear foot.

- If you have an end unit, add $236 to each package above.
- If you have white brick, add $92 to each package above.
- Package pricing is based on no less than 5 clients signing up.
- If you only want exterior windows done, deduct $55 for middle units and $98 for end units (exterior window screens must be removed).
- Package pricing covers up to 15 windows/doors for middle units and 22 windows/doors for end units. If doing interior windows all grids (plastic or wooden inserts) must be removable. (If there are more than the allotted windows, additional fees of $14-$18 per window will be added to bill.)
- If you want to add gutter brightening services (cleans front portion of gutter seen from the ground), add $184.
- Pricing does not include oil spot stain removal from any concrete surfaces.

All jobs will be scheduled in batches of 2 or more on the same day(s), week(s).
If you’re planning on doing just exterior services, there is no reason to be home when services are being completed. We need to ensure your exterior water spigot is turned on and in working order. If you want interior services completed, you must be there or leave a way for us to get into your home.
