Basic Window Cleaning
Starting at...- Middle Units $260
- End Units $310
- All windows and doors cleaned inside and out with a very quick wipe of sill (area where window sits when closed). If sill is very dirty and your particular about this area, I would advise upgrading to Elite Package (see below).
- Pricing covers up to 20 windows and doors for middle units and 25 for end units. If there are additional windows, they will be added to bill.
- Due to height, 4th floors windows will need to be cleaned from the inside. If we can not access those windows, we will not be able to clean the exterior of them.
- Elite package upgrade adds to bill $4 per window screen, $4 per sill.

Window Cleaning Exterior Only
Starting at...- Middle Units $205
- End Units $ 250
- All windows and doors cleaned exterior only. All exterior window screens MUST be off for us to access the bottom sash. If not, we will only clean top sash.
- All 4th floor windows and doors will be skipped if we can not have interior access to the home to get to those areas. These windows must be done from the inside due to height.
- Pricing covers up to 20 windows and doors for middle units and 25 for end units. If there are additional windows, they will be added to bill.
- If interested in having the screens cleaned, add $4 per screen.

Soft Wash

Add A Deck/Patio Wash
Our pressure wash services can also rejuvenate decks/patios. We can wash wood, composite and azek decking & vinyl/rubber rooftop laminent. If you have composite decking, our processes are safe enough so they will not damage the product. We have done a few rooftop decks in the community with shockingly successful results. Our package includes cleaning all horizontal deck boards, railing and exterior face board (also known as band board). For rooftop decks, we will wash the horizontal surface area and railing.
Lower Deck – $90
Upper Deck – $190
Front Porch – $65
The Front Porch will include the horizontal porch surface area and any posts, railings, and steps.
Pricing covers deck surface area up to 500 sqft and up to 50 linear ft of deck railing.
*If you are interested in the upper deck, we must have interior access to get to the deck.
*Additional charges may apply for having to move patio furniture out of the way.
Package Disclaimers:
- Package prices are valid only during community event.
- All surcharges above will apply if needed.
- Package pricing is based on no less than 10 clients signing up. If more than 20 sign up, there may be additional discounts.
- If you want to add gutter brightening services (cleans front portion of gutter seen from the ground), add $170.
All jobs will be scheduled in batches of 2 or more on the same day(s), week(s).
If you’re planning on doing just exterior services, there is no reason to be home when services are being completed (unless 4th floor service is requested). We need to ensure your exterior water spigot is turned on and in working order. If you want interior services completed, you must be there or leave a way for us to get into your home.
